Submission of Notification

Once you have compiled the necessary information, please send your notification to dmca@docpdfs.com. We will review your notice and take appropriate action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Counter Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This should include:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Document PDFs may be found.

  • Your signature, either physical or electronic.

Response to Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, Document PDFs will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material, and they may have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Limitation of Liability

Document PDFs shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the removal or disabling of access to material claimed to be infringing. The website will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in handling copyright infringement claims.
